Eagle Crest Villa opened its doors in Azle, Texas around 2001, built by professionals with more than 40 years of collective experience in senior healthcare. The community is licensed for up to 16 residents. That number is not a limitation — it is a philosophy. When a community is small enough, every caregiver knows every resident. Every preference, every story, every small joy and difficulty is known and attended to.
